For large-scale productions β concerts, multi-day conferences, or destination events β 2β3 months is ideal. That said, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests when capacity allows, so get in touch and we'll do our best.

Every member of our roster goes through structured onboarding, role-specific training, and on-the-job mentoring. We maintain a vetted pool of technicians, housekeeping staff, stagehands, security personnel, and hospitality staff β so you get experienced professionals, not day-hired extras. Absolutely. We are happy to plug into your existing setup and handle only what you need β additional crew, specific technical roles, logistics coordination, or full on-site management. There is no obligation to use every service we offer.
We maintain a bench of backup personnel for every event. If someone is unable to attend, we have a replacement lined up before you even notice. Our operations team monitors staffing levels right up to showtime so there are no gaps on the day.
No. Every proposal we issue is fully itemised β staff hours, equipment, travel, and any other charges are listed clearly upfront. We do not add surprise fees after the event. If scope changes mid-planning, we will discuss and agree on adjustments with you before proceeding.
